As retailers progressively expand their market share, they can unite their position inside food supply chains. Woolworth is using the information from the feedbacks of consumers to make decisions and changes that will more improve the consumer’s shopping experience day by day because consumers want to know more about the way goods are made, including the conditions in the factories and where the productions come from.
