If the world was going to be overpopulated, people should consider voluntarily limiting your family size due to the overpopulation. If the government tried to tell people how many kids they can or cannot have that would not work out so great. Trying to control the number of babies one family is planning on having would probably lead to people protesting, war and or government unsteadiness.
Making people pay additional taxes for having more than two children is not right because they still have to pay for rent, taxes, bills, clothes, food, education, toys, and additional things and would make it outrageous. If everyone planning on having children consider only have one or two, that would help the population but I don’t think that forcing people is the right answer. Now if people have as many children as they want regardless is an irresponsible move. Not caring about the planet and the growth overflow is selfish to the earth and the people who want to have children that don’t have any. “Some 220 million women worldwide lack access to family planning, and 40 per cent of pregnancies are unintended. There are some 50,000 deaths from unsafe abortions each year; while the woman dying from pregnancy-related causes is equivalent to four full jetliners crashing every day.” (Online Website) If people were told that they could only have a certain number of kids and they were expecting to have more and the population decreased, it would not be fair to those people. Same if a couple was planning on having kids but could afford the additional taxes.
Some people might fight for the government to not be involved in their personal decisions.
