Behaviour management is not only a significant issue but of pressing concern for teachers teaching in Australian schools today(Croll, Hastings & Nigel, 2006). According to a study by (Bluestein, 2005) it takes new teachers two years to master classroom behaviour management. Another article by Dickson(2015) the time a teacher spent in teaching was on average of five years due to the great stressors provided in the working environment. The Victorian government of Education and Training(Victorian Government, 2014), New South Wales Government Education and Training (NSW DET, 2006) Student Discipline in Government Schools Policy, NSW Government Education(2006) and Department of Education(Western Australia Department of Education,2014), other states and territories have provided comprehensive documentation on behaviour management. There are numerous books and journal articles on according Ewing, Le Cornu, & Groundwater-Smith(2014)problems and quandaries facing teachers in behaviour management currently nationally and internationally impacting teaching practice. Classroom behaviour management can be the best or worst aspects of teaching, if the teacher does not get the balance right(Saha & Dworkin, 2009). Teachers face the challenge that students no longer have high regard for the teachers simply being teachers instead children are aware of their rights and test the boundaries especially if the teacher is the beginning teacher to see whether the educator is worthy of trust and respect (Thangarajathi, & Enok , 2010). When behaviour management is done ineffectively children do not enjoy school might lead to poor attendance and teachers are continually frustrated(Bennett,2010).
