The company w ill establish a customer base at the local farmers' markets and expand operations through internet marketing and other venues. The company's products may be acquired at various local point-of-sale markets, they may be picked-up at the business location or they may be freshly delivered to the customers.
2.1 Company Ownership
BEBACO FISH FARM is principally owned and operated by Benson Mrema as President with a 50% stake in the ownership of the company. Baraka Mori is the Vice President who own 45% and Ester Benson is the Secretary with 5% ownership stake in the corporation.

Benson Mrema has over 35 years of experience in doing business. Benson Mrema was born and raised on the family farm where he, along with other family members, seeks to start an organic farming operation. Currently Benson Mrema is managing Director of Babito Trading Company Ltd dealing with a Pharmacy and Hotel business.

Baraka Mori - Finance Manager is Finance Manager at Babito Trading Company. Baraka is a trained accountant in Tanzania, having gained his Certified Public Accountancy qualification during 2013. He has a BA in Cooperative Management and Accounting at Moshi University College of Cooperative Management and Business Studies (MUCCoBS), and previously undertook part-time work as an Assistant Accountant for Ashton & Nshange Co Ltd.
