3 Pages 638 Words February 2018

Many people make resolutions at the start of a new year. I decided I wanted to make some too. The resolutions that mean the most to me are 5. Developing Self confidence Skills 4. stay positive 3. To do this, I need to create a daily checklist, create a weekly challenge goal and research upper body workouts to keep me motivated. After I have accomplished my checklist, I will implement a reward system for doing what I said would do, when I said I would do it.
Over the next few months, there will be obstacles. In February I will have Bilateral knee surgery to promote healing to the bones that are damaged. It will be very important to stay motivated to do the daily exercises I am assigned. Doing a little every day is how I will accomplish the goal of being strong by my birthday. I imagine there will be days that I won’t feel like looking at my checklist. Somedays I just feel miserable about my circumstance and can’t get myself going...
