Training can be delivered in a discriminatory way that will make some individuals feel like they are the victims and the others are the criminals. For instance, diverseness training that focuses on the equality of minorities and women will put a Caucasian male as the criminal instead of an equal. Individuals would prefer not to hear that they have excelled simply because of their race, nor do they want to be oppressors of minorities and women. Workers must be persuaded that the diversity training given isn't to downgrade men or the Caucasian race. It prepares them to work in a diverse competitive environment. The training programs can be discriminatory because the representative giving the training and presentation reflects a minority group instead of having the skills need to give the training. According to statistics, an individual who accepts the job as a diversity coach is not fit to manage the issues at hand in the training being provided. Although they have numerous relational aptitude preparing background, some coaches have little insight of different cultural issues, individual law, aggregate progression, and instructing procedures. Some have been blamed for utilizing angry strategies.
The United States Armed Forces (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, and Coast Guard), in some cases has been viewed as a way of American culture. Beating all other organizations, the US Army is said to have a high percentage of diversity (beating health-care centers) comprising of people from every single different race, religions, and ethnicity.
