Everyone has something that stresses them out and causes them to want to give up on life because we’re all humans. The things that cause a state of strain or tension in our brains are called stressors. Some stressors in my life are my work, chores, and even myself. Some ways that I cope with these stressors that might just help you are talking about it with someone, going for a walk, and praying
Not everyone likes to talk about their problems with others as they fear being judged or pity. What many people in the world do not know is that holding in your feelings can lead you to being even more stressed out and tired. Letting out your problems will form a sense of relief and less anxiety about situations so that the next time you might encounter it, you will be more knowledgeable about it. Talking about it also allows you to connect with someone who might be having the same or a similar issue. Together, you guys can create a way to deal with your stressor and overcome it. Overall, talking about your problem can lift a weight off your shoulder and allow you to feel more conquerable with your tribulations.
Nature is one of the best stress-relieving sources and environments to result. It is almost like meditation as you can clear your mind, loosen yourself, and feel freer. Going for a walk takes negative things off your mind and allows you to think and open your mind up to things you never really thought about. Thinking about a specific topic allows you to think in-depth. Dig deeper into a positive thought and it will open up a bright pathway into your life. I love to go on walks because they help me realize who I really am. I get to think about things that make me happy, and things that makes me sad.
