The Importance of a Good Education

“Education is the most powerful weapon that you can use to change the world,” a famous quote said by Nelson Mandela. He was a well-educated person, and because he was a well-educated man, he became the first black president of South Africa. Education is important for an individual to gain knowledge to improve their daily life. Gaining knowledge allows you to solve daily problems in your life, help other people by distributing your knowledge, and it also makes you feel better when you compare yourself to others.
There are so many problems that we face in our daily life which we can’t solve without having some knowledge. For an example, for common household women cooking is an essential part of their daily life. To cook some new dishes they need to know how to turn the stove on, how to measure ingredients, and they need to know how to read a label. If they don't have any knowledge in cooking, then they wouldn’t be able to cook anything. Without having the proper knowledge of how to turn a stove on/off, a person can set their house on fire by not turning the stove off properly. Especially gas stoves are very dangerous when they are not turned off properly; they release carbon dioxide that can kill people by inhaling this particular gas. A more horrible outcome of leaving the gas stove on can lead to a house to explode that can kill more than on the person. Having some knowledge is really important in everyone's daily life.
People can help others by distributing their knowledge that they gain from having an education. We learn something new every day, the only way we can do this is by watching others. An example of this is when we have a flat tire on our car, and we don’t have any knowledge of how to change a tire then the first thing we do is call someone to help us.
