Ed Sheeran is an English singer and a songwriter born in Hebden bridge in Yorkshire and was raised in Framlingham, Suffolk and he was born on February 17, 1991. At the age of 16, he dropped out of school and moved to London the following year at 2008 to pursue his career in music. His first album or his debut album was called ‘+’ (read as “plus”), and was released on September 9 2011, since then he received multiple platinum records in the UK. He also won the Ivor Novello Award for his hit song “The A Team” for it being the Best Song Musically and Lyrically. And as years go on his popularity started to grow abroad and it began in 2012 in the United States, as he made a guest appearance on one of Taylor swift’s album. Then on he went to sing in the openings of Taylor Swift’s concerts for almost the whole 2013, and late in 2013, he had performed three sold-out shows at the Madison Square Garden in New York as a Headline act. His second album, X (read as “multiply”), was released on 23 June 2014. It peaked at number 1 in UK and the US. In 2015, X won Brit Award for Album of the Year and he received another Ivor Novello Award for Songwriter of the Year. His single “thinking out loud” won two Grammy awards at the 2016 ceremony: song of the year and best pop solo performance. One of his success also came when his song “I See Fire” was feature in a famous movie called The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug.
I have listened to Ed Sheeran’s music since I was in grade school and he has never disappointed me since then, the first song I listened was to “Lego House” and it was release on late 2011. The first time I heard that song it really got into my head, I have listened to that song for a lot of times and I never got sick of it.
