If the strategies the teacher uses do not affiliate with the whole school then an unsuccessful outcomes will result for the teacher(Shelton & Brownhill, 2008). However, if it is done correctly where the teacher provides reflective management applications creating safe and supportive environment, building on positive children teacher relationships then the teacher will be revered (Killen, 2014).
