Because the class size is relatively small (6 to 8 students), it was possible to include more communicative activities and group discussions. The smaller class size would make more manageable for the teacher to monitor, facilitate, and assess the students in their group discussions. Finally, the available classroom resources also affected the design and presentation of my lesson. Because the classroom has technology equipment (e.g., overhead projector, access to a computer), I planned to use PowerPoint (PPT) as the medium to teach my lesson.
